Description
Jolada Rotti is a classic North Karnataka delicacy made from finely ground jowar (sorghum) flour. Hand-patted and roasted on a traditional iron tawa, it develops beautiful light brown char spots and a soft, rustic texture.
Naturally gluten-free and wholesome, it is a perfect companion to yennegai (stuffed brinjal), chutney pudi with ghee, or spicy curries.
